Commissions are always welcome at Chris Toledo Miniatures.
From childhood home replicas to single room scenes, I appreciate all requests. Because of the detail and attention put into each creation, commissions can take several months to over a year to create. These creations are not toys. They are carefully and thoughtfully crafted fine-scale miniatures. They are delicate works of art that combine sculpture, wood working, and hand painted elements among other things.
Each piece is made with the highest quality and attention to detail with the assurance that your custom piece will become a beautiful family heirloom to be passed down through generations.

PRICING: Pricing for each piece varies on size, and detail. Room-boxes (single room structures) range from $2000 to $10,000 (unfurnished). Furnished pieces require additional fees as some items need to be outsourced.
Dollhouses begin at $40,000 for a four room structure (Kitchen, Bathroom, Living-room, & Bedroom) and go up to $200,000 for a structure with up to 15 rooms. Shipping is determined by size of piece and is charge separately once item is complete.
TERMS: For commissioned pieces, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% + shipping is due at the time of completion. Should the purchaser decide to cancel the order before project completion, the down-payment is non-refundable.
